Multi Trader

As a Multi Trader on our new build project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the development. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, utilising your broad skill set in multiple trades to support various aspects of the construction process. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and maintaining the high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake various trade-related tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs as required throughout the project.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within the construction industry or similar projects.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in relevant trades (preferred but not essential)
