- **Call out 1 in 4 with £200 payment**

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop their Hard FM resource aligned to their clients Hospital in East Kilbride.

The FM provider offer Hard and Soft services across the hospital, with the engineering team responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and small projects.

Due to the size, scale and complexity of the plant and various systems, there is a need for support from various visiting sub contractors, which represents challenges around compliance.

Therefore, we are looking to recruit a Compliance Supervisor to manage compliance around visiting sub contractors.

In addition there will be some support of the day to day in house engineering staff with ad hoc engineering duties.

This role best suits a qualified engineer at Team Lead/Supervisor level looking to take a next step into leadership, comfortable to work in a major and complex facility.

**Actions will include**:

- Ensure that all Hard FM Subcontractors comply fully with all Health and Safety legislation
- Ensure that Subcontractors Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work are approved
- Ensure that Subcontractors use correct tools and equipment
- Ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment and clothing is used by all Subcontractors
- Ensure that the Subcontractors teams are fully trained in the Company’s procedure for reporting accidents and incidents as appropriate to their grade and responsibilities
- Ensure that the ‘Permit to Work’ and ‘Access Permit’ procedures are applied where appropriate
- Ensure all Subcontractors are suitably accredited and that their staff are appropriately and fully trained

- A trades qualification and Supervisor/Team lead experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £46,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
