Hotel Receptionist

The spread Eagle Hotel is a boutique hotel with 35 individually styled bedrooms in the market town of Thame, Oxfordshire.

**Responsibilities-**
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage room reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and card transactions at the front desk
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area

**Requirements-**
- Available to work shifts between either 7am-3pm or 3pm - 10:30pm with regular weekend work.
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft office

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
