Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning team.

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure they perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for assigned areas, ensuring that they are cleaned and maintained according to established protocols.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and in good condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas, ensuring that cleanliness and maintenance standards are being met.

**Cover staff & holiday sickness.**

Key holder for various different locations.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and other related data.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to cleaning services.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards that are efficient and effective.

**Requirements**:
**A full UK driving licence & be able to pass a DBS check.**
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and handling.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Ability to develop and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
