We are currently on the hunt for new Waffle Squad Members to join our amazing team at Waffle Inn Torquay
As a valued Waffle Squad Member, you will be required to create mouth-watering desserts including waffles, crepes, cookie dough and much more

Key Responsibilities
- Create delicious desserts according to Waffle Inn standards in an efficient and safe environment.
- Always follow the instructions of making desserts in the training manual and reference table provided.
- Ensure stock is rotated and used according to standards.
- Maintain the equipment and machinery to company standards.
- To adhere to all aspects of "health and safety" and "food safety" in accordance with the law and company standards.
- Work together to ensure the production kitchen is the best it can be.
- Serve customers efficiently, politely and quickly in an engaging manner.
- Be able to communicate with confidence and explain our products and services to customers.
- Ensure sufficient stock of ingredients, packaging, and utensils.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing quality desserts and exceptional customer service, cash handling and café safety and security.
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills knowledge of food/beverage and the retail environment.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to build relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
