T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Order Processing team.

Your role will involve assisting the Sales department with all sales and administrative duties, involving communicating with customers, receiving and processing orders, logistic queries and after sales activities

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Communicating with customers and colleagues
- Sales order processing
- Processing of Goods Return requests
- Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
- Updating systems and databases
- Contacting existing and new customers and build rapport, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Maximise efficient use of the computer system
- Support the department with administrative duties, including order placing with suppliers and progress chasing
- Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- At our head office in Woore

**ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY**:

- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
**QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING**:

- Computer literate (Office suite) - Essential
- Working knowledge of Business Central / Dynamics 365 - Desirable
- Good standard of verbal and written English - Essential

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the industry or related industry - Desirable

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in a similar role - Desirable
- Methodical and attention to detail - Desirable
