Reinstatement Supervisor

**Lanes infrastructure are looking for a Reinstatement Supervisor to work with them in Partnership with City Fibre at their Henfield Depot.**

The role of the supervisors it to provide supervision and front-line guidance to ensure correct and safe working methods are maintained by all field operatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure teams have completed all pre work paperwork & Activities, including but not limited to; o PoWRA o Permit To Break Ground/Dig o Complete CAT scan and consultation of asset plans o Correct site setup compliant with Chapter 8 requirements
- Arranging work to ensure adequate time and resource are available to all teams to facilitate safe working Auditing/inspecting teams to ensure safety compliance.
- Completing service strike flash reports and gathering all required imagery to facilitate investigation by the HSQE team.
- competences and qualifications and that no person operates machinery for which they do not hold certification.
- Work collaboratively with the contracts management, operatives, planners and HSQE teams.

**You will need**
- NRSWA Supervisors Ticket
- CSCS Skilled Worker
- Civils street works experience
- Ganger or team leader experience
- Industry competence
- Full UK Driving License
