This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join this unique family run business.You’ll be part of a small friendly team in a business that manufactures and sells luxury van conversions as well as an ever growing used motorhome and campervanretail business in a sector that is currently buoyant.
The position will require you to provide support to the Sales department, including providing detailed and instructive motorhome handovers to customers, lasting between 1-2 hours.It will also involve appraising, testing and checking motorhomes that the companyis purchasing or taking in part-exchange including some driving (collecting and delivering motorhomes).
You will be required to gain an in-depth knowledge of van conversions, motorhomes and camper vans, both those manufactured in-house and other makes, so you can talk to customers on a technical level.Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
This is a full-time role - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm) with the requirement to work occasional Saturdays, with time off in lieu for any Saturdays worked.
You will be responsible for the following:

- Providing customers with informative and professional handovers.
- Assisting the sales department with customer vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals.
- Driving company vehicles, including motorhomes, to assist the sales and production departments (including picking up and dropping off motorhomes).

Skills and experience required include:

- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to integrate into a team and work effectively with others.
- Good time-management skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and under time constraints.
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, enthusiastic and friendly approach.
