**OVERVIEW**

**AIM OF THE ROLE**:
With a demonstrable background in supporting delivery of complex projects in an agile environment, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end requirement discovery, process design and sign-off process. Taking complex processes and working these through into clear agile deliverable requirements.

This is a permanent role to work across Redcentric's Digital Transformation Roadmap, to ensure business critical programmes are successfully delivered. The initial focus will be around mapping and improving Redcentric's Lead to Cash process across an existing combined D365 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement and D365 Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations eco system.

This role will form part of a Programme Team, working in conjunction with a dynamic team of Programme or Project Managers, Developers, Testers and wider business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The programme is taking a "Product led" approach in terms or architecture and is being delivered using agile (Scrum) methodologies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:

- **Initiate & Plan**:

- You will work with the Programme Team to ensure the right stakeholders are in attendance to achieve required outcomes.
- **Requirements Gathering**:

- You are responsible for detailing workshop outputs as epics and features and developing through into user stories.
- You are responsible for detailing sprint deliverable user stories including persona statements and success criteria in Azure DevOps.
- You will agree process design sign-off with nominated product owners.
- **Delivery & Escalation**:

- You will work with the Programme Team and key stakeholders to deliver programme requirements and artifacts to an agreed schedule.
- You will ensure items meeting the escalation threshold are escalated using the appropriate escalation methods and communication plan so that impediments do not detract from on-time delivery.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- You will ensure requirements are accurately assessed, documented, refined and communicated in a format relevant to stakeholders; with sign-off managed in a clear and timely manner.
- You will provide regular updates to the Programme Team and attend all necessary meetings to enable you to fulfil your role and ensure the programme meets the needs of the business.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Minimum 3 Years Business Analyst experience, with prior knowledge and awareness of CRM and ERP platforms
- Minimum 2 Years working in an agile environment, ideally Scrum
- Exposure to D365 Customer and Engagement and D365 Finance and Operations essential
- Must have experience of successfully defining and delivering requirements to support large & complex projects using user story definitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused
- Professional, positive, confident and friendly
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Committed to delivering high quality work
- Experience of using Azure ADO, JIRA or similar tools to capture, refine and validate user stories to ensure business requirements are met

**ON SITE ATTENDANCE**
- There is likely to be occasional travel to our Reading, York and London offices.
- Redcentric has a flexible working policy. The expectation is that the role will require face to face interaction in the office 2-3 days per week.
