**JOB SUMMARY**
Located at our headquarters in Milton Keynes, the Buyer, Procurement role will play a critical role in project success by securing quality products at competitive prices and ensuring timely deliveries within tight deadlines.

Responsible for all purchasing requirements for the company, including managing suppliers, placing orders, and handling general administrative tasks to support the wider team.

**Hybrid model available.**
- Minimum 3 full days at our HQ offices (ted, Unit D Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU.)
- Optional 2 full days working from home

**KEY TASKS**
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle all tasks related to procurement, including purchase orders, invoices, and contract administration.
- Multitask across projects, strategically combining orders to leverage bulk discounts and optimize delivery schedules.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
- Generate sales quotes/ orders and process supplier invoices in our accounting system.
- Manage credit card expenditure by collecting VAT receipts, ensuring all transactions are reconciled with statements for accurate expense reporting and VAT recovery.
- Coordinate warehouse logistics for receiving and dispatching goods.
- Monitor purchased items to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build trust and collaboration through ongoing engagement with suppliers.
- General Procurement administration duties including but not limited to; Creating Pick & Pack lists, Delivery Note/Commercial invoice creation.
- Provide travel support, including booking flights, hotels, taxis, and other transportation based on individual needs and company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous procurement/purchasing experience required.
- Previous experience in fast paced environments essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office including a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to adapt to and learn new technologies, including accounting software.
