You will have a minimum of two years professional experience after a relevant degree and
preferably be a member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management
(CIEEM) or be eligible for membership. The ability to undertake Phase 1 habitat surveys and
ecological assessments is essential.

Experience of survey and mitigation for UK protected species is also a pre-requisite and a
specialism in one or more protected species, including a relevant survey licence is desirable.
In addition, skills and knowledge of Geographic Information System mapping is highly desirable.

professionals, therefore, previous experience of these elements is essential. You must have the ability to produce clear, concise
reports.

This is a permanent post based at Worcestershire Wildlife Trust’s offices near Worcester. The
Conditions of Employment (available on request). Use of the post-holder’s vehicle for business
purposes is required for which a mileage rate, currently 45p per mile, is paid.
