**OVERALL SUMMARY**

We’re looking for an experienced Lean and Operational Excellence consultant, who can take the lead in optimising our Client Onboarding process within Close Brothers Asset Management. The individual will form part of a project team (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers etc) to design and implement a future state process that is efficient and meets the needs of our clients. - This is deemed as a critical project to enable the business to meet growth targets.

Please note, this is a 12 month (initial) Fixed Term Contract.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading cross organisation/ complex deployments of Operational Excellence
- Facilitate process reengineering workshops using LEAN and Six Sigma methodology
- Leading discovery, mapping and baselining of the current state Client Onboarding Journey
- Identifying areas of opportunity to optimise the journey
- Future state design inc process re-engineering, op model changes, implementation of performance management frameworks etc
- Support the business to implement process changes
- Root cause analysis of identified problem areas
- Managing the project progression on a day-to-day and mitigating issues/risks
- Clear planning and execution of improvement actions in a condensed timeframe

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE**:

- Extensive experience as a Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt or Lead level on complex projects (scope cross functional, affecting >100 FTE, and achieving capacity benefits of >15%
- Experience in E2E journey optimisation, process spanning multiple teams / functions
- Exposures in strategic projects such as Target Operating Model development, customer experience improvement, cost optimisation or strategic outsourcing
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
- Focused on driving and delivering results
- Program/Project Management experience
- Experience of identifying RPA opportunities and defining requirements for automation engineers
- Able to coach OPEX Methodologies to both business stakeholders and others within the OPEX team

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Experience in optimising Client Onboarding journeys
- Experience in designing processes for High Net Worth Clients
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of: Commercial Banking, Wealth / Asset Management
- Experience at a top tier consultancy
