**About the Apprenticeship**

We have two exciting opportunities to join us on a two-year placement which will allow you to complete a level 3 housing apprenticeship programme. You will receive on the job learning, practical experience and training opportunities including the opportunity to gain a formal qualification to set you up for you housing career. This will include an end point assessment.

**You will learn all about the following services**:

- Income collection
- Tenancy management and support
- Community Investment
- Anti-social behaviour and partnership working
- Management and reletting of properties
- Neighbourhood and estate management
- Retirement living
- Home Ownership and leasehold services
- Customer service
- Housing law

**What we're looking for**:

- You will have achieved level 2 functional skills in maths and english
- Evidence of providing excellent customer service
- The ability to build trusting relationships with a diverse range of people
- The ability to take ownership of your training
- A desire to build a career in social housing
- A passion for change and innovation
