Our dedicated team of protection advisers plays a crucial role in ensuring our customer's financial security and peace of mind.

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct video meetings with customers to understand their insurance needs, focusing on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness insurance.
- Analysing customer’s financial situations and provide tailored advice on protection products that best meet their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market, including products and regulations, to offer the best advice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional service that encourages referrals and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with our mortgage advisers to ensure a seamless service experience for our clients.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in protection advice.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ambition to grow your customer.
- Access to a home office setup as this role offers the flexibility to work from home.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CeMAP) would be advantageous but not essential.
