The acute pathway includes the Home Treatment Team, a PICU ward, an acute ward for adults and an acute ward for older persons. The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary service comprising of nurses, mental health practitioners, allied health professionals, psychological therapists and psychiatry. All team members contribute to our recovery focused approach.
