Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual with a passion for food and drink? Do you have experience in a fine dining setting? We are currently looking for Waiters and Waitresses to join our Michelin Star restaurant client in Anstruther.

**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

This role offers an hourly rate of £11, along with a working pattern with shifts within the hours of 11:00 to 23:00, offering 20 to 30 working hours per week. This assignment is expected to last a duration of 4 weeks.

In this position as Waiter or Waitress, key duties involve warmly welcoming and guiding patrons to their designated seating areas, presenting them with comprehensive menus, offering informed suggestions based on their preferences, efficiently recording their orders, adeptly delivering delectable dishes, and meticulously resetting tables to ensure a seamless transition for the next service. This role demands a combination of excellent customer service, menu knowledge, order-taking proficiency, and table management skills to create a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
