**Job description**

Chapel Grange Montessori Nursery Ltd is looking for a nursery administrator 5 days a week from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

The administrator should be proficient with Microsoft office in particulate Word, Excel and Outlook, additional experience in using the nursery software package “Kindersoft” preferable but we will provide training.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Role Purpose**:

- To provide outstanding administration support for the Nursery, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively
- To answer the telephone in a friendly, professional and efficient manner - to troubleshoot and solve problems where appropriate, being proactive in decision making and support with parent/carer issues
- To support and manage the preparation and execution of Nursery events
- To work under the general direction of the Nursery Manager, Accounts and Company Director supporting the day to day operations on the Nursery site
- To act as an integral part of the Nursery team, to be a welcoming point of contact for parents and children both face to face and remotely, and as such make a contribution to the overall aims of the Nursery

- Maintain Waiting List
- Respond to E-Mails
- Monthly Petty Cash
- Purchase Invoices
- Parent Invoices
- Staff Time Sheets
- Recording of Staff Absence & Holidays
- Monthly Meeting Minutes
- Maintaining Staff Personnel Records
- Website Updating
- Monthly News Letter
- Ordering Classroom / Nursery Supplies
- School Trips & Booking Events
- Maintaining Nursery Certification

**Experience**:

- administrator role: 1 year (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
