**Salary: C1 (SCP 12-17) £24,496 - £26,845**

**Actual Salary: £21,069 - £23,089**

**Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Days**

The Ruth Gorse Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of **Cover Supervisor**. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy, you will be expected to work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/ work plans as appropriate and providing classroom cover for short term absences.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- GCSE Grade A* - C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Experience of working with young people
