**Job duties**:

- Lead on creating dynamic and engaging content for the Workplace platform by visiting our homes, collecting stories by interviewing team members, capturing events happening within the home, helping to gather information for news stories to support our wider marketing objectives.
- Working as part of a team to monitor and moderate Workplace the same way you would with a social media platform. You’ll be supporting the homes to ensure the content is in line with overall group values and objectives.
- Helping to onboard new users onto the platform weekly by visiting the care homes and supporting Workplace Champions to promote the benefits of joining to stakeholders.

We need a communications expert who is a genuine team player, friendly and reliable. You will thrive in a busy team, have an eye for detail and proven experience of creating a variety of engaging content (blogs, competitions, news stories, polls, case studies and videos) for online and offline channels. You’ll also need to be great at planning and prioritising, able to work with mínimal supervision and be accomplished at analysing key metrics and using them to continually improve and innovate.

When you’re not working from our bright and airy Wimbledon office, sharing ideas and catching up with our team over a coffee (and usually a piece of cake), you’ll be happy to spend time with our residents and teams in our care homes, so you need to have a full driver’s license and have access to your own car.

When in our homes you’ll spend time supporting our team members and gathering content which you’ll share through traditional channels and on our internal social media platform Workplace, which is our key internal communications tool.
