Brook Street are delighted to be working with our global client to recruit the newest members of their accounts team. This role will last up to 3 months minimum, to assist with project work during this busy period, there is a high chance it could go permanent for the right person, and you could be joining a global company that offer fantastic benefits and progression. You will be joining a well established team, and operate in a fun, fast paced environment. It would suit someone with exposure to either customer service or an accounts department, who is looking to add new dimensions to their skill set

**The Job**
- Responsible for the collection of debt on allocated portfolio of customers
- Responsible for the calculation, approval and maintenance of credit limits for new and/or existing customer accounts
- Assist with the company's e-invoicing process, if relevant
- General credit control account administration

**The Person**
- Good communication skills and tact in troubleshooting problems and updating on status
- Initiative and organisation skills
- At least a couple years' previous experience ideally operating in a busy accounts or customer service function
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong time management
- Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in French, Italian, German or Spanish would be an advantage
