**About the role**
- Support to find appropriate housing where necessary and assistance to move on and provide resettlement activity.
- Deliver one to one support to tenants in a way that promotes independence and manage and coordinate ongoing cases of long term crisis

**About you**
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Experience of giving support to vulnerable adults
- Knowledge of welfare benefits to be able to provide specialist welfare advice
- Ability to motivate and develop others and promote positive working relationships, good leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise own work, manage competing priorities and have good organisational skills
- Ability to lone work
