**Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Hounslow** Train to be a Teaching Assistant on our Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme.

Whether you’re about to graduate and want to get into teaching, or you’re looking for a new way to utilise your existing degree, our new Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme could be the perfect way to train as a TA and learn on the job.

**About the role**: This teaching assistant role is based in an ambitious and thriving Primary school in Hounslow. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate for the role in September. You will be providing additional support to pupils in the classroom to help raisethe levels of attainment.
- Assisting in the delivery of effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons
- Supporting pupils in relation to their educational and behavioural development
- Preparing classroom resources
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Helping with extracurricular activities (e.g. revision sessions)

**The Training Programme** Our Early Career Teaching Assistant Programme consists of on the job training in a school alongside a bespoke CPD programme, developed by ex-senior leaders and our CPD Partners, Creative Education. You’ll learn:

- How to maximise your impact on learning
- Special Needs Awareness
- Enhanced Safeguarding

As part of your enrollment on the Early Years Teaching Assistant Programme, you’ll have free access to over 300 courses to help you develop your skills in specialised areas.
