Taxi Marshall

**CDX Security**, are seeking professional Taxi Marshal’s to join a fantastic team in Warrington Town Centre and Stockton Heath.

Payrate: £11.50 per hour
Roster: Saturday 00:00 - 06:00 and Sunday 00:00 - 06:00 Warrington

Friday 2300 - 0200 and Saturday 2300 - 0200 Stockton Heath

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the rank is operated in an orderly manner
- Queue jumping is eliminated
- Passengers are directed to the first taxi at the front of the queue
- Passengers have the means to pay the fare
- Passengers are in a fit condition to travel and do not pose a risk to the driver
- To be able to signpost vulnerable night time economy users to places of safety
- To engage with support services such as the Street Pastors; report crimes or incidents of concern to the Police, and report on going incidents via the Town Link Radio system to CCTV.
- To record on body worn cameras any incidents of concern, breaches of the taxi policy or crimes and supply this footage with accompanying witness statement to Warrington Borough Council or the Police.
- Valid SIA License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good skills in negation and conflict resolution
- Good Organizational Skills.
- High level of customer service.
- Reliable with excellent time management.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
