**Role**

Be responsible for the Audiology administration for the Oxford Hub and its spokes by assisting in the smooth operation of the store and delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and efficient administration in order to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Attending store meetings
- Creating and maintaining action logs/minutes
- Audiology diary management
- Stock takes controls and submission
- Completing pre-appointment calls and reminder letters
- Banking and cash handling
- Answering phones, taking appointments, dealing with general Audiology queries

**Essential skills**

- Ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload

- Retail customer service experience (preferable)

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
