**Key duties**:
- Efficient at planning routes and assigning work using our traffic management system and a Web based tracking and driver communication system
- Ability to work to delivery deadlines and maximising individual vehicle revenues whilst maintaining full control and compliance with all regulation requirements.
- Must be effective at communicating quickly and concisely with drivers and working with colleagues to cover all aspects of transport requirements for the business
- Needs to be able to work to a flexible pattern, understand the requirement for teamwork and demonstrate a clear ability to “think outside of the box” to produce solutions for all customer requirements
- Ability to utilise all the fleet and resources available to maximize revenue, profit and cost efficiencies to deliver first class service for an extensive customer base

- Previous experience in similar role would be advantageous
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of our team and, prioritize workload accordingly

Training will be provided in all areas.
**Salary**: Dependent on Experience, 28 days holiday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
