Packaging Administrator

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Packaging Administrator to support our Sourcing & Packaging Team. As a Packaging Administrator you will be responsible for all administrative tasks required to support and ensure the smooth running of the Operational Packaging team.

Working in conjunction with the Packaging Buyer & Packaging Assistant, you will help manage the day-to-day operation of the Packaging function, you will be responsible for the packaging admin end to end process across Fashion and Home.

As our Packaging Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Supporting on all administrative duties relating to tickets, labels and product across Fashion and Home.
- Maintenance of the in house system including customer account setups, troubleshooting and product code and pricing set ups.
- Managing day to day order issues from Matalan's nominated Ticket/ Label suppliers to maintain the agreed KPIs and service agreement
- Ensuring the maintenance of Matalan online ordering system ensuring suppliers can order all Packaging on time
- Regularly reviewing own work, managing workload requirements and communicating progress to the Packaging Buyer
- Arranging, tracking and co-ordinating of all outgoing and incoming cost
- Working closely with nominated print partners to manage production/ order queries

**About You**:

- Previous experience within another admin role
- Retail packaging and/or print experience would be desirable but not essential
- Outstanding work management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work
