We are looking for someone to join our team as a **Customer Service Advisor ** within our Sales and Customer Service team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has some experience working within a busy Sales environment however if you’re professional, well organised, can work on your own initiative and have great communication skills, then we’d like to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide Verbal price and lead times for telephone enquiries
- To provide technical product information for all workshop storage equipment ranges
- To provide industry leading service to our customer base
- To provide first time resolution for customer complaints
- To up-hold the core values of the business
- Maintain Customer data within our CRM systems.
- To assist with marketing campaigns and mail outs

**General**:
Act in a reasonable & compliant manner
- Ensure all processes & polices are adhered to
- Flexible & agile - current company practice is you may be expected to undertake work within other departments to assist with workloads or to provide holiday / sickness cover, as and when required
- Ensure that you maintain a high standard of personal presentation

The hours of work are 37 hours over (Monday - Friday)
