We have recently been advised by a UHNW Wealth Management business that due to a consistently increased workload, they are in the market for a Paraplanner / Client Manager. Their offices are in central London although they do offer flexible working fromhome (minimum 2 days in the office).

**The company**:
This business were founded in Zurich less than 10 years ago by Senior Executives from the likes of Coutts. They were set up to compete for clients with this type of organisation and have grown quickly, with offices in Manchester and London and a presenceacross the UK.

The company work exclusively with UHNW private clients (£3M+) and family office clients (£75M+), with Planners often having to use all of their knowledge and resources to find complex Investment and tax planning solutions to suit their client's needs.

The company are one of the most exciting Wealth Managers around right now and have grown from a single office in Zurich to now having 4 UK offices including London and Manchester and over £1.2Bn of client funds under management. They've also won awards recognisingtheir service and achievements

**The Role**:
The Paraplanner / Client Manager position is a Paraplanner type role that would suit someone who enjoys a varied role, with as much emphasis on Paraplanning and Technical work as providing a first class administrative service to clients.

**Purpose of the role**:

- Individuals appointed to the role are required to provide excellence in service to and make a significant contribution in the delivery of quality advice to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- This is to be achieved by providing proactive and efficient support to Clients and Client Partners, ensuring client service excellence.
- The Paraplanner / Client Manager role is key to the business providing full administration support to Financial Planners and directly to Clients, ensuring that all business is accurately processed expediently to high service standards. Furthermore, Paraplanner/ClientManagers will support Financial Planners in the provision of 'paraplanning' i.e. collating fact find information, profiling, recommendation, delivery and ongoing service phases of our advice process.
- This role combines administration and paraplanning.
- A Paraplanner / Client Manager will have sufficient technical expertise to understand client affairs, avoid the situation where a small administrative item is missed that could have a significant impact on the client's affairs and drive the quality advice.
- Paraplanner / Client Managers should become the trusted 'first port of call' for the Client and their advisers on a day to day basis.

**The Package**:
Salary will be to £60,000
