**Digital Content and Social Media Manager | Horticulture/Agriculture | Cranbrook, Hybrid | DOE £30,000 - £40,000**

This group of businesses serve a range of industries, providing agricultural, horticultural, and landscaping services. Based in Kent they work across the South East and are looking for a Digital Content and Social Media Manager to help plan, create and monitor all social channels.

Digital content plays an increasingly important role in engaging this company’s audiences with the range and quality of the services they offer. This role is crucial in helping bring the teams work to life, producing high quality and engaging content across various social media platforms.

**The Job**

As Content Creator You’ll be responsible for creating digital content across the group company’s social media. Joining the team on site, bringing the teams work to life through video and photography.
- Take overall responsibility for social content, including copy, video and images
- 3-4 days a week filming and taking photos on site (Farms, Landscaping projects, vineyards, nurseries, stately homes etc.)
- Using drone to film contract work such as compost spreading and sports pitch construction projects
- Editing the film and photos, creating the copy
- Posting content across social media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- One day in the office, meeting with the various teams, planning the following weeks site visits

**What you’ll bring**
- Understanding of creating online content for a range of audiences, able to adapt style to suit different brands within group
- Experience in managing social media accounts
- Knowledge of video editing, able to create visually appealing content
- Good people skills, able to instil confidence and adapt to environment
- Understanding of construction, agriculture, horticulture or related industries would be an advantage, but not essential
- Must have a car and be prepared to travel across the South-east and into London (all travel expenses covered)

**What’s on offer**
