**Position**:Labourer (Full-Time)

**Location**:Bournemouth or Brighton

**Key Responsibilities**:
Trowelling resin bound on a day-to-day basis

Maintaining an organized and clean approach to site and tool management

Demonstrating a positive work attitude and a can-do attitude

Following instructions from managers effectively

Assisting the existing team in the preparation and installation of resin-based surfacing systems

Delivering extremely high-quality works to clients with meticulous attention to detail

Ensuring the works vehicle is well-maintained and all plant and tools are clean and operational

**Qualifications Required**:
Full UK Driving license (essential)

Own vehicle for transportation to and from our business premises (preferable)

**Attitude and Skills Required**:
Hardworking and physically fit

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Confidence to use own initiative when required

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
