Critical to our premium product status, we’re looking for flexible, committed and enthusiastic individuals with a keen eye for quality to join our manufacturing team at Tyrrells Court.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will be building and maintaining the QMS/HACCP system and providing technical assistance to customers, consumers and colleagues throughout the business. In addition, you will be conducting internal audits and supporting external audits; analysing systems and procedures to ensure compliance; validating and verifying quality and food safety systems; investigating consumer complaints, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions; updating and maintaining retailer systems as well as deputising for and supporting the Technical Manager and others within the Technical team as required. You will also need to support the development of the site IWS Quality Pillar.

This role involves working Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:30 pm although some degree of flexibility may be required.

With basic Food Hygiene and/or HACCP training, you will also need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of document and data/quality control systems and have practical experience gained within a food manufacturing environment. A good communicator and relationship builder, you will have a keen eye for detail, be thorough and analytical with a hands-on style that is highly visible and credible on the shop floor.
