The Centre co-locates staff and student inclusion programmes as well as
providing strategic insights and data analysis to inform teaching and
learning programmes, staff development needs and the equality charter

**ABOUT THE POST**
Situated within the University's Centre for Equity & Inclusion and
reporting to the Inclusive Communities Manager, the position plays a key
role in supporting the delivery of the University's strategic mission to
be one of the most inclusive and socially responsible universities in
the country. We are proud of our diversity at London Met and are
committed to challenging discrimination of all forms.
The postholder will work across the University to foster equity and a
sense of belonging in our classrooms, supporting the Inclusive
Communities Manager in delivering and evaluating large scale projects
and campaigns to improve University culture.
They will also routinely take direction from PVC Teaching & Learning,
the Head of Fair Outcomes, the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
and Director of Teaching & Learning on work to support student outcomes.
The postholder will be expected to work collaboratively with the Heads
of Teaching and Learning Enhancement, and key professional services
such as Academic Quality Department and Centre for Professional and
Educational Development to coordinate activities. They will be a
champion for the University's Education for Social Justice Framework.
