iQ is one of the UK's biggest providers of student accommodation, committed to giving our 30,000 students in 76 sites across 29 UK cities their best year yet. Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents. As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September.

The Role: Runner

Working Hours: shifts between 0800-2000 Mon-Fri

Contract Length: 1 week

Rate of Pay: £10.42p/hr

Location: Bangor City Centre

Sound good? Here's a bit about the job.
- Working as part of the dedicated on-site team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home
- You will be assisting with the move-in and move-out process to ensure smooth running
- Getting involved with all on-site teams to complete turnaround of the rooms and shared areas by working with housekeeping, maintenance, and front of house
- Ensuring rooms and shared areas are clean, well-presented and have all the items they need
- Logging maintenance requests, H&S hazards and stock requests as required

What are we looking for?
- People who are dedicated and passionate about customer service, and working with high attention to detail
- You need to be hands-on and ready to get stuck into all kinds of tasks.
- You will be on your feet a lot of the day and will be moving around the site throughout your shift
- Able to work in a safe and compliant manner
- Flexible and able to work shifts between Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays
- Always willing to go above and beyond to solve a problem
