**To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Nights) to come and join our team at Eclipse site in Leicestershire, LE67 6HS.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet operational requirements
- Collection and interpretation of production data as well as collection of downtime data and ensuring accurate reporting
- Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
- Ensure that escalation procedures for quality concerns is followed
- Working closely with Engineering teams to assist in routine maintenance tasks and plant verification
- Responsible for training of operators.
- Hands on Cleaning of machinery and plant
- Operation of mobile plant as required
- Adhering to health & safety, quality and environmental systems
- To deliver through the process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement
- Creating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S’s housekeeping and environmental management
- Assist in the development of SSOP’s and Risk Assessments
- Management of contractors on site

**Essential qualifications & experience**:

- Ensure effective communications between shifts to maximise factory performance.
- Encourage and promote team working at all times
- Identify and solve problems, using resources under your direct control
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility
- Self-motivated
- Numerate & literate.
- Ability to also work alone.
- High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
- Understanding the operation of each machine, to a standard where you are a lead operative across all areas of plant.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development.

**Desirable qualifications & experience**:

- Experience of working in a continuous improvement environment.
- Any certification for mobile plant is advantageous
- A recognised up-skill.
