Hays are pleased to be working with a great organisation based within the heart of Worcester.
**Your new role**
As a purchase ledger clerk, your duties will involve:

- To assist with ensuring that all invoices and credit notes are processed
- To assist in the maintenance and updating of ledgers
- Preparing of regular payment runs to suppliers, ready for authorisation
- To respond to queries and ensure these are investigated and actioned within a timely manner
- Follow finance and GDPR processes
- Raising of purchase orders
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the finance department

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally you will have a good understanding of the purchase/sales ledger function. They are looking for someone who has good communication skills and attention to detail. Someone who can work well within a team environment.
