We are currently expanding our team and recruiting for an experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is committed to providing a professional knowledge-based service.

This is a full time, office-based position that can offer a highly competitive basic salary up to £32,000 which is demonstrable with relevant experience, excellent commission structure, free gym memberships, team breakfast on Friday’s, enhanced annual leave entitlement, weekly wellbeing hours, paid bereavement leave and much more

**To be considered it is preferred you can demonstrate a minimum of 1 year in Temporary recruitment with a proven track record in sales and an understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.**

You must be a driver with access to your own transportation.

Temporary Recruitment Consultant main duties:

- Sales, Marketing and Client meetings to identify new recruitment opportunities
- Development of business within an existing client base
- The Recruitment and supply of temporary and permanent staff to businesses throughout the County
- Managing, motivating and developing a temporary workforce
- Associated administration

Temporary Consultant required skills and experience:

- A proven track record of developing new business within a telesales or field sales environment
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- High standards in customer service and a commitment to deliver these
- Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to succeed
- A full driving license and your own car
