Coordinator Ii Scfs

To further ensure and grow our Supply Chain/Agriculture business, we are currently looking for a **Coordinator II SCFS** to join our team, based in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire. This role will involve providing administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Including, but not limited to:

- Issuing certificates to customers
- Providing administrative help on production of reports and loading onto IT systems
- Gathering relevant information from customers to load onto IT systems
- Maintaining and updating databases

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous administrative experience
- Customer focused taking pride in delivering great customer service
- Happy to help people both internally and externally - Flexible and adaptable
- Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations and customers
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
