Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager, or Account Director, now looking for a new challenge with an independently owned medical communications business?
This organisation was founded over 10 years ago and have since built long-standing relationships with some of the industry’s leading and largest pharmaceutical companies, which they continue to maintain today.
Due to recent new business wins and organic company growth, they are now seeking an Account Director to join their established Client Services team. The team is led by their Head of Client Services and further supported by four other Account Directors.
The role will suit an ambitious SAM looking to take a step up, or an experienced AD who may just be looking for a new challenge.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key & primary point of contact for clients, taking complete responsibility and oversight of account delivery.
- Managing resourcing and budgets to ensure that all project guidelines are adhered to.
- New business development - as an experienced and senior team member, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and growing business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
The Account Director will be a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years of medcomms agency experience, or an experienced Account Director who may now be looking for a fresh challenge within the industry.
In addition to this, you will also be proficient with both Veeva and the ABPI Code of Practice and will also have demonstrable experience of liaising directly with clients in a similar role.
