PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR. RECfinancial are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for this well established and immediately recognisable organisation in Leicestershire.
They are an established organisation, with an enviable reputation in their field and are continuing to grow. Reporting into the Payroll Supervisor, your role will be to process, reconcile and co-ordinate payroll across the group.
What's the role of the Payroll Administrator?
- Checking payroll submissions to ensure data provided is accurate and correct.
- Maintain the payroll inbox and respond to queries from employees and outsourced payroll provider
- Liaise with Human Resources Department and where necessary outsourced payroll provider on payroll queries
- Process and reconcile Attachment of Earnings Orders
- Process expenses claims ensuring they comply with the organiastions expenses policy
- Provide advise and training on all payroll related matters.
- Reconcile deductions for various employee benefits such as the Cycle to Work Scheme
- Prepare payroll year-end returns, documents and reports.
- Provide ad-hoc payroll reports and information on request
- Monitor ePayslip and P60 processes and provide guidance to employees where required.
- Collate information required for completion of annual PSA and P11d forms, ensure timely submission to HMRC and deal with any queries arising.
- Support with providing data to external auditors for annual TPS audit and responding to queries.
- Maintain a working knowledge of pay and condition rules in the sector
- Maintain Data Protection standards and remain vigilant of changes to legislation.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
