Due to departmental and operational growth, **Westerly BMW Exeter **are looking to recruit a full time **After Sales Genius** to provide support to our Service and Parts operations. This role is key to helping customers get the most out of their vehicles and helping them with the latest technologies on our products.

**What will my responsibilities be?**
- To develop a detailed understanding of the BMW brand and range of vehicles including an in depth knowledge of BMW technological features
- Assist customers with our Self Service Check-In facility
- To professionally convey all features and controls of both new and used BMW models for customers during their routine servicing visits
- Provide advice and support with lifestyle clothing and accessories
- To provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times as you look to build long term customer relationships
- Achievement of customer satisfaction targets
- Using excellent communication skills to keep customers fully aware of the latest campaigns on their vehicles

- An excellent communicator with customer service experience who possesses a keen interest in both the automotive industry and vehicle technology
- Will have a genuine desire to build a long term career with us and have the confidence to liaise with customers throughout the process supporting our Service teams
- Has a natural enthusiasm, inner confidence and happy disposition
- Will enjoy participating in wide ranging promotional activities
- Has a full clean UK driving license
