**About the role**

Crafter’s Companion is looking for an E-commerce Executive to join the Marketplaces team and help grow our online presence in Amazon, eBay and other key marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain a foothold in e-commerce and Amazon with fantastic development opportunities. We are not looking for perfection, but rather an individual who is willing and motivated enough to learn new skills in an ever-changing and growing part of the business. The longer-term aim is the individual will eventually be able to take ownership and grow their own projects and pitch their own ideas within the team.

**Key Duties**:

- Take ownership of the product catalogue ensuring information is kept up to date, and new products are uploaded accurately and efficiently
- Writing engaging and accurate product descriptions
- Co-ordinate with digital marketing specialists using data to enhance product merchandising, search engine optimisation and on-site
- Use data to provide insight and recommendations
- Opportunity to grow and develop in a fast-growing team with scope to manage and own certain parts of the marketplaces business

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous eBay / Amazon experience is highly beneficial but not required
- IT literate, with experience in Excel
- A good understanding of spelling, punctuation & grammar
- A keen eye & attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
