Norlin Live Operations are a Festival, Events & Venue Group, comprising of Field Vision Bars & Central Fusion.

Field Vision Bars will be the Bar Operator at a new venue, Dalston Yard The anticipated opening date is the 19th June and we are looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join a fresh new team to launch an exciting new venue

With 3 bars and a bespoke cocktail menu designed by Rich Woods, the venue will offer a plethora of street food stalls alongside Field Vision’s bar offering and bring back a vibrant, lively space to the area. Located just across the road from Dalston Junction station, the venue will be open on Thursdays 17:00 - 23:30 and 12:00 - 23:30 Friday - Sunday

Early & late shifts available with closing shifts finish no later than 00:30

**You will need weekend availability and demonstrable cocktail experience to be considered.**

**Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Delivering drinks to a high spec and look.
- Setup and maintaining bar stations to an excellent standard.
- Working with the whole team to deliver the day to day running of the bar.
- Creating a fun, upbeat and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensuring a high quality of service.
- Following H&S and any security specifics.
- Enforcing Challenge 25 and Licensing Rules.
- Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning schedules are complete.

**What you’ll need**:

- Cocktail Bartending experience (min. 1 year)
- Experience in a similar food hall / terrace environment would be an advantage.
- A can-do attitude and calm head when it gets busy.
- Experience of busy retail service and full bar offering
- An infectious smile and outgoing personality to create a great buzz and customer experience.
- Willingness to work outside (under cover)
- Phenomenal communication skills.
- Able to deliver high standards consistently.
- Fluent English (spoken and comprehension).

**INTERVIEW PROCESS**
- An initial video call with our Bar Manager
- A group interview on either 30th/31st May or 4th June
