** Job Title: IM&T Associate - Test and Facilities**

**Location: Barrow, onsite**

**What you'll be doing**:
Supporting the administration of:

- Windows Server and VMware / Hyper-V virtual environments.
- SAN/NAS technologies.
- Building and maintenance of both physical and virtual servers.
- Supporting the Information Assurance / Security and compliance requirements.
- Support and management of Microsoft SCCM / patching and software updates via WSUS.
- Supporting System back-ups support and restore capabilities (utilizing Veeam).
- Support system monitoring / managing Server resources (disk space, event logs, backups etc.) including system upgrades / technology refresh.
- Management of TCP/IP Networking (VLANS) and Security technologies / toolsets.
- Production of associated documentation.

**Your skills and experiences**:
ESSENTIAL:

- Certifications in VMware / Microsoft Hyper-V (or relevant experience).
- Experience working within Windows Server domains (2nd and 3rd line support).
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Strong trouble shooting and problem resolution skills.

DESIRABLE:

- Degree in a related discipline.
- Exposure to Information Security and Assurance.
- Industry networking certifications, CCNA, Juniper etc.
- Experience with: Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems, SCCM administration, Splunk Monitoring, PowerShell and scripting SQL Database Administration.

**The IM&T team**:
As an IM&T Associate, you will be building strong relationships across different functions in order to lead and manage the administration of the standalone IT infrastructure within a new facility. You will be supporting the wider Engineering and Process and Governance Teams in order to support the IT infrastructure and information security requirements.

You will be a proactive individual that has the ability to work well under your own initiative and lead/support other team members.
