**Responsibilities**:

- Matching GRN’s.
- Checking, coding, batching and filing purchase invoices.
- Cash book payments.
- Processing and payment of foreign purchase ledger invoices.
- Check monthly HM Customs & Excise C79 Vat form.
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries.
- Processing month end by producing monthly reports of:
Audit and Reconciliation report
Creditors Listing
VAT analysis
Trial Balance
Profit & Loss and monthly cheque run payments

**Requirements**:

- Education - Good level of general education
- Training - In house training will be given on all internal systems
- Skills - Basic computer skills are required
- Experience - Experience in a similar role essential
