**Key aspects of this role**:

- Managing photoshoot appointments and enquiries
- Creating social media content for posts, reels and stories, including videoing behind-the-screens content
- Develop engagement, attract new followers and grow audiences across our social channels
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Updating the company database
- Assisting with customers collecting their portrait orders
- You’ll be working for the best rated family photography studio in the South of England
- Studio and offices based in an idyllic rural location with a small friendly team

**When you will be working**:
This is a full time position, working Tuesday through to Friday (10am to 5pm) and Saturdays (10am to 5.30pm).

**Who we are looking for**:
If you are someone who is confident in talking to people, organised and is full of creative ideas, then we’d like to hear from you. We want to make sure our clients have the best possible experience with us, so passion and enthusiasm is an absolute must for this role, as well as an eye for detail.

In an ideal world we would like to see people who have some experience in customer service, particularly over the phone. It would be great to see examples of your social media creation, even if it’s just for your own social media page rather than a company. It would also be advantageous if you have experience in Adobe software and CapCut or other video editing software.

**Important Info**

You will need your own car to get to our location as it is not on a public transport route.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marlborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
