Sales Representative

**Due to continuous growth my client are looking for a permanent Sales Representative to develop new accounts and grow sales within Northern Ireland.**

**Duties will include**:

- Identify potential new accounts within existing routes where there is available capacity to improve route profitability.
- Achieve profitable sales growth against agreed targets within territory / customer base through sales calls.
- In conjunction with Commercial Manager and Distribution Manager, develop new and more profitable routes.
- Identify new opportunities to develop sales across the various formats and within the product range.
- Call with existing and potential new customers across NI to range check and discuss opportunities to build sales.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to customer and management.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Contribute to the setting of the annual company sales budget by sales forecasting for agreed customer base and territory.
- Any other reasonable duties, as and when required, by management.

**The Person**
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Target achiever with previous sales experience within FMCG
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication and customer service skills
- Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices, along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent organisational, administration and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.

**Salary**:£23,000 to £28,000 (Depending on experience) plus commission based on performance.

**Hours of work**: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 17:00 pm
