Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the bar
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, mixology, and beverage trends
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
