Your Legal Secretaries has partnered with a busy legal firm to recruit a conveyancing legal secretary. This role is full time and permanent.

**Main duties**:

- Audio typing
- Filing
- Diary management
- Open, maintain and close files in accordance with the firm's procedures
- Supporting other legal secretaries within the firm during busy periods as and when requested
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Essential criteria**:

- Minimum of three years previous experience as a legal secretary within a conveyancing department/firm
- Audio typing experience
- Experienced in dealing with Land Registry, Solicitors and clients
- MS Office experience, to include Word, Outlook and Excel
- Confident in drafting Contracts, Transfer Deeds, SDLT forms and using LandWeb.
