Handyman

Our client is currently seeking a Handy Man/Woman to join the team at a luxury residential estate in Hounslow. This is a Monday to Friday position working 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities will be to liaise with Management and residents to resolve problems relating to the communal areas and to ensure the smooth running of the development, whilst maintaining its cleanliness and safety.

**EXPERIENCE**

Experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related capacity along with some staff management capabilities. Good knowledge of general maintenance building trade is essential.

**CONDITIONS OF WORK**

You will be responsible for keeping accurate records and liaising with other colleagues and the Development Manager.

You are required to use cleaning materials, which will be supplied by the Company only. (Follow Health & Safety Guidelines).
