**Main Responsibilities**
- Consistently demonstrate your knowledge of copywriting techniques and best practices.
- Take ownership of copy across all agency accounts and internal marketing.
- Writing B2B and B2C copy that sets a high standard for the whole writing team whilst demonstrating an understanding of the audience.
- Working with the team to ensure the solutions meet clients’ standards.
- Managing multiple projects and supporting the whole team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the Art & Creative Directors as a wider conceptual creative team when projects require.
- Creating focused, insight-driven and disruptive conceptual ideas.
- Build positive and effective relationships with colleagues, and collaborate with the whole team to help, assist and guide with projects.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- 2 + years’ experience as a Copywriter within a Marketing Agency.
- Experience in managing and developing campaigns and strategies.
- Ability and confidence to voice suggestions on team projects.
- Conceptual thinking, consistently creative, excellent communication skills.
- A passionate, positive, self-starter, ambitious, solutions-focused mentality.
- A competent project driver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Consistently write high-quality long and short copy across all channels (B2B & B2C).

**Additional Information**
- Working Hours are 9 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the studio (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
